This thread was born out of a constant curiosity driven towards my urge to understand if Nigeria Premier League clubs ever make revenue returns at the end of every season. Nothing will delight me more if at the end of this discussion I am able to get answers on how professional football clubs are been managed in this part of the world. In many parts of the world where football is played and followed with passion such as we do here in Nigeria, Football has always been viewed as huge business and as such the affairs and management of football in many nations are not only left in the hands of government for funding and sponsorship . My point exactly, Proffessional clubs who see football as strictly business should not depend on Government stipends alone they must strife to look for individuals , multinational companys , endorsements that will attract commercial values to the club in other to make successful returns , To be continued......
