BAFANA BAFANA : MEN FIGHTING TO RETURN LOST GLORIES

AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS 2015

As Africa and the rest of the world awaits the kick-off of  the Orange Africa Cup of Nations Equatorial Guinea 2015. One team with steady improvement and focus for the cup is South Africa.

With what I saw from the Bafana Bafana boys in the qualifying stages ,I think they will go far in the competition and may likely win it. I must commend the coach Shakes Mashaba and i give some credit to South Africa football Federation for a job well-done, what people enjoy now is the benefit of a well structured South Africa football league. It is commendable to see that not many of South Africa players ply their trade abroad and yet they play so well.

This present team under Shakes has really improved , they are committed ,young and fast with the ball, i must say that a lot have changed with the South Africa team and if they avoid complacency and keep the right focus then the sky will definitely be their limit.

One thing i love about the team is their age department , i think they have more of the young players now and more energetic, positive away from home and full of surprises unlike before.

Here is what Nigeria Football Federation really need to copy, Nigeria league must be re-structured if we must return back as best in Africa. Nigeria Overseas based professionals must wake up to the task, if you noticed, they became too relaxed knowing that  less competition will come from the home based players and that is a major problem. They must resolve their issues with being committed.

Being committed can only be shown on the field of play and can i say this , it doesn't matter if  you assemble players from Real, Chelsea or even Barca , what matters is the hunger that's comes from the player to stand and fight for his/her country when it matters most. Like earlier mentioned , how many South Africa players play abroad ?

That fighting spirit attribute was what they needed and that has been the only factor they desire to keep winning .

Go for Gold Bafana !
