FA CUP: Manchester United through to quarter finals; to play against Arsenal.

In football no matter how poor you play; three points seems more important than every other thing.

However , the technical crew of Manchester United won't be happy with the manner in which their players respond to pressure at some situations in the game especially when it comes to playing 'small' team like Preston North End.

It took United 65mins to cancel Scott Laird 47 minutes opener ; the strike came from Ander Herrera with Fellaini and Rooney scoring the second and third goal to seal a quarter final date with Arsenal at Old Trafford next month. One thing I know , United will definitely have to be better than this when Arsenal visits next month. Though somehow Van Gaal and his team continue to carry their heads above water and, despite the manner of their football ,there is something to be said for that, but how long will this dismal performance continue  ? From my thought , not much has changed , United somehow win matches but their play is not coherent as I expect it to be. The co-ordination , mental capacity ,unity of play ,structural / zonal marking is lacking and that should still be a worry to Van Gaal.

More updates on other quarter final draws:
